RUBBERGIRL

The SUPER ELASTIC FEMME FANTASTIC!

Codename: RUBBERGIRL

Reality name: MIA DAHLIA

Background:
Mia Dahlia was Sweden’s answer to America’s Britney Spears or Tiffany Bling, singing, dancing, acting – until her limbs were horribly broken and twisted in a tragic plan wreck [caused by the monster, Devilzilla] somewhere in the Southeast Asian rainforest.

After rescue from Society members tracking the jungle monster, Dr. Atlantis put Mia’s husband, Rock Dahlia, in touch with the controversial brain surgeon and biological scientist: Dr. Gomato [Dr. Go in Society circles, ‘natch].

Having a synthetic life-like human doll of Mia available in Japan, Dr. Go transferred Mia’s consciousness [with a little alchemist help from Frankenstein 9] from the paralyzed body into an elastic replica, and with bionic nerve integration gave her power over its movements.

Unable to remember her husband after the shocking event, Mia joined the Secret Society to use her “new body” to serve mankind – while renewing her musical interest by becoming the bass guitar player for the pop combo, Lucy & the Hellcats.

Skills & abilities: Mia’s synthetic body can bend like a virtual rubber doll. She is highly flexible, stretchable, and bouncy, but we have yet to discover the entire scope of her elastic power.

Her stretchable sometime sidekick is another crime fighter known as: “Mr. Twisted,” although, his origin is less fantastic. He was simply born that way.

Special appearances in literature: Monster Zipper (2008), Agents of Karma (2010), and in the graphic novel Secret Society Origins No. 1 (2015) by Bradley Mason Hamlin & Mort Todd.
